Kiley is very polite and nice it just seems like she's always rushed. It could just be the South Clinic as it's always under staffed always wait longer than you see the doctor. I can't blame her as this seems to just be the mercy way. Hopefully I'm able to go to the clinic she does as starting all over with a 6th PC is going to be frustrating

I love Kiley. I'm so blessed to have her for my P.CP. I was not happy with her nurse as I had requested a letter to get my handicap license & I think the nurse failed to mention it to her. She later told me it could be addressed at my next visit that this was just an "assessment" visit. I'm almost 85 and fell twice last fall trying to get to my car in the snow. My residence only allows for 3 handicap spots & if she had given me that letter I would been first on the waiting list.
