I hadn’t realized that I should’ve called the scheduling office first before making a first appointment there in Pleasant Hill with a provider who had never seen me. She was polite and professional talking to me. I have been going to the one in Ankeny, but I live in Pleasant Hill now.

Very comfortable to talk to, and Abby did not apply any pressure for testing. She listened to why I was there and fulfilled my needs. Will be following up with her.
